She has a keen interest in e-commerce law and is well-versed in advising clients on the regulation of online gaming, as well as consumer goods and services sold digitally, prize promotions, and advertising and marketing rules. Laura is also skilled at helping clients to understand their obligations under various digital services laws, including the Digital Services Act and the Online Safety and Media Regulation Act and the European Accessibility Act. She supports clients in developing compliance programs, ensures that regulatory obligations are incorporated into contracts as needed, and guides them through interactions with relevant regulators.
