Jenai Nissim has extensive experience advising UK and US businesses on European privacy requirements, negotiating multi-national data transfer agreements, handing breach notifications and investigations, undertaking data protection audits, and providing data protection training.
 
Most recently Jenai has been instrumental in establishing and leading an enterprise wide compliance project and gap analysis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), identifying key changes and impacts to business processes and procedures.

Jenai is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and holds a certification in European privacy and privacy program management. She also holds the Practitioners Certificate in Data Protection and the ICA Certificate in Compliance.
